Summary


Never mind the official rhetoric and the pious wishes of the game's administrators: there's something seriously wrong with the anatomy of the game, which would require a battalion of osteopaths to set right. The ICC follows a policy of strict 'separate development', embodied in a three-tiered structure that gives emerging cricketing nations no real chance whatsoever of shattering the glass ceiling and taking their game to the whole world.
