Here's how you'd play it out: at trick four, give up a club (to 'rectify the count'). If West returns a club, win with the [clubs]K and discard a heart. Then cash the [spades]K, play [hearts]AQ and return to dummy with a diamond. If East has long diamonds, on the play of the [hearts]K he must cither throw a spade (making the [spades]5 good) or unguard the diamonds. If West has long diamonds, he must either discard a club (making dummy's [clubs]3 good) or a diamond.
